Oxnard police officials were planning to meet today with relatives of a sunbather run over and killed by two officers who were patrolling the beach Monday.
Police Cmdr. Tom Chronister said the department would offer its condolences and try to explain how the accident that killed Cindy Conolly, 49, of Sioux City, Iowa, took place.
